Fundamentals

Our fundamentals class focuses on fine tuning your footwork, balance, control, defence and your basic strikes.

Whatever your skill level is, you will gain insights into getting these necessary core basics refined to allow you to excel in the sport of Muay Thai.

Mixed Level Muay Thai

New participants start here as this is our mixed level class, designed for all skill levels (same as morning classes). Training includes bag work, pads and partner drills. It is focused on technique, strength and full body conditioning, By far the most popular classes!

Advanced Muay Thai

Classes suitable for members who have reached a higher skill level or are competing at amateur level.
This more complex training includes sparring and grappling, plus advanced techniques.

Mixed Levels Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ)

A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) class for mixed skill levels starts with stretching and basic movements. Students practice techniques, including guard positions, escapes, and submissions. Advanced students work on complex sequences, while beginners get in depth breakdowns of the basics.

The class features live sparring to apply techniques safely, enhancing timing and reflexes. Instructors offer feedback, and the session ends with a cooldown and group discussion to foster a supportive environment.

Womens only Muay Thai and Boxing classes - Braybrook, Melbourne

Women only

Fast paced Muay Thai class focused on body conditioning designed for women. This class is also kid friendly.

Kids (5-12 years)

The coaches in this class will assist your child to establish Muay Thai fundamentals, improve fitness and co-ordination, encourage discipline and develop confidence in a fun and friendly environment.

Fighter Training

Class runs exclusively for the Ring Gym Pro Fight team.

Open Mat

The door is open and the gym is yours. Shadowbox, work out using the bags, partner up and hold pads for each other, or simply just use the gym equipment, Experienced members can jump into the ring for light sparring and grappling.
